RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Sand & Sun Co., we want you to love your coastal art prints and stickers! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been removed from packaging, applied (stickers), or show signs of use.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at hello@sandandsunco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions and our return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [your email] with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Color Variations

Please note that print colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings and printing processes. Minor color variations are not considered defects.
