SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Sand & Sun Co.! We want to get your coastal art prints and stickers to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please note: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We currently ship within the United States using USPS and other trusted carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states. Please ensure your shipping address is correct - we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand internationally in the future!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Packaging

Your art prints will be carefully packaged in protective mailers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Stickers are shipped in sturdy envelopes with cardboard backing for protection.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@sandandsunco.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, if your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll do our best to help track it down.

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible at hello@sandandsunco.com Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes for standard shipping. However, some expedited shipping methods may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.
